the person was not there to inspect it on the return. I received a bill for an extra day and fuel charge. It was returned on Monday as I was told to do since UHAUL was closed for Easter. It had more than a 1.4 tank as instructed to do on return. Why am I being billed for an extra day and gas fee and gallon fee? Please call me, Paula Webster 509-844-3131

JOSE VGrace is given... unbeknownst to us, our reservation had been transferred to this new Uhaul location (not a big deal as it was only a mile away from our original rental location). Our truck hadn't been washed but it had just been delivered to them for us... noted on our vehicle inspection prior to taking the vehicle (27' truck). That said, the new owners were very accommodating, friendly and helpful to get us on our way quickly. The requested dollies, hand trucks and moving blankets were available. The truck performed flawlessly on our 1500+ mile one way move.
