Windshield wipers not in working condition. We had rented a furniture dolly and there wasn’t one available at the location. Told us to go to 4615 S River road location. Sent my husband there to pick up a furniture dolly and they gave him an appliance dolly. Then chatted the next morning before we left St. George and were told through chat that there wasn’t a furniture dolly at 4615 D location. Called and spoke to someone who then said there wasn’t a furniture dolly at that location so we had to go back and exchange dolly.

I dropped off the trailer before hours so I didn’t speak to anyone or go inside.
John HCar leaked all its coolant . And me and family had to wait in the heat for over an hour . Car was extremely dirty. Like it’s never been washed ever.

cristine bThis location gets 5 stars, but I was sent from the original receiving location (which was changed from the one that I asked to drop off at without asking me if that was okay). So, the drop-off was a pain in the neck. Fortunately, Approved Auto Sales was a piece of cake to work with.
