Has options for earlier pickup (7AM). Zero complaints and excellent service just earlier option for convenience.
Corey RThis comment is for U-Haul overall. I ordered a tow dolly and showed up and they didn’t have one. Said that U-Haul does this often. Ended up with a car hauler trailer. Same price but cost me more in gas.

SCOTT JI rented a 15 foot truck at the S River Rd location and my reservation was changed to a 20 foot truck at a different location without notification. I had no desire to drive a 20 foot truck from Utah to Idaho.
