Car leaked all its coolant . And me and family had to wait in the heat for over an hour . Car was extremely dirty. Like it’s never been washed ever.

cristine bThis location gets 5 stars, but I was sent from the original receiving location (which was changed from the one that I asked to drop off at without asking me if that was okay). So, the drop-off was a pain in the neck. Fortunately, Approved Auto Sales was a piece of cake to work with.
Stephen CThe staff was rude, seemed bothered to be helping us. We rented blankets with our trailer and we were told they would charge us if they were not returned which we understood. She let us know they would charge us if they weren’t folded. We made sure they were folded but preceded to state another 3 times. That was unnecessary and it came off like we were idiots who didn’t understand
