U-haul did not read the information sent from return location (KAZ) and charged $120 for missing or damaged equipment. We had to go back to KAZ and ask what the charge was for and she said they did not read what I wrote - KAZ stated, let them know you were charged for furniture dolly and needed to be credited. She sent to U-Haul again and it appears to now be credited back.
