The owners wife of that particular establishment was beyond rude. The second I walked through the door, there was zero acknowledgement that I was even there until she was finally done having a side conversation with someone else about how she sells modular homes. When the lady who sells modular homes finally left the store, the owners wife finally acknowledges me. The whole 2 minute conversation I had with her, she was beyond rude to me and had a pretty big attitude. Probably about something else and just took it out on me. Nothing personal against U-Haul, because I have had good experiences with you in the past. However, I will NEVER return to this establishment, nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact I will tell everyone I know about my experience and I'm sure they will feel the same as I do.

Everything was good
gale rTire blew out possibly from low pressure, the tire that did not blow out was severely low in pressure. They did not give me brochure which has the info for road side assistance.

GRAYSON BDrop off super easy. No one was there when I returned the u haul. But I just needed to use the app and take a few photos and then I was on my way. Took about 10 minutes.
