DONALD WThe owners wife of that particular establishment was beyond rude. The second I walked through the door, there was zero acknowledgement that I was even there until she was finally done having a side conversation with someone else about how she sells modular homes. When the lady who sells modular homes finally left the store, the owners wife finally acknowledges me. The whole 2 minute conversation I had with her, she was beyond rude to me and had a pretty big attitude. Probably about something else and just took it out on me. Nothing personal against U-Haul, because I have had good experiences with you in the past. However, I will NEVER return to this establishment, nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact I will tell everyone I know about my experience and I'm sure they will feel the same as I do.
