Customer service sucked at Stanwood, Wa. Unit. And their integrity needs to to be addressed. The area manager, Mr. Potter, is doing a great job in following up with the situation.

This location was not the original pick up location, but 30 minutes away instead of around the corner. I’m not happy that you cannot guarantee a specific truck at the location of choice and wait until the day before to tell a customer their truck ordered 3 weeks prior is not avail Mable. It’s a stupid and frustrating system and not a good experience for a customer who also hires moving help and are being paid while driving a half hour away to pick up the desired 26 foot truck!
CRAIG LCheck-in was amazingly easy and pleasant!! I highly recommend this place! Thank you!
TINA BWhen picking up the truck staff very friendly and helpful.
TARA TI was told that I would get a box truck with a flat bed and no wheel wells. So naturally I got a truck with wheel wells in the box compartment and didn't find that out until I got to my destination. Yes, I should have checked before leaving, I suppose because all the box trucks look the same from the outside and so it makes sense that they would all have wheel wells in the box, or they would all be flat. Being that I had 6x8 ft. sheets of plexiglass to haul which wouldn't fit into my truck, I thought I could get a unit that would allow me to ship my product safely. The bottom sheet of plexiglass became scuffed and cracked by the time I unloaded it at my shop because of the wheel humps and no flat bed.
