The manager of Pottery Vault was very precise, but not especially friendly when I checked in to take the truck on Saturday. His tone was accusatory when I had specifically made arrangements with 1-800 UHaul to keep the truck for 24 hours. He questioned my arrangements and told me the truck had to be returned by 4. I explained that I had redone my arrangements to have the truck for 24 hours. I thought he was a bit stiff and could have had better customer service.
