Strap tie downs were rusted and poorly maintained. Had to have attendant put air in flat tire. Not a very happy and service oriented employee.

CRAIG BThe staff that I worked with was great, and the location in town is great. The lot where the trailers and trucks are kept is a bit small, and with a large truck, it's difficult to get a trailer out or back in. I feel the lot could be laid out a bit better for trucks to go one way and trailers the other.
