Everything was good other than the way the truck was parked for me to pick up. It was so close to another truck that I could barely get in and it was real hard to get the truck out of the lot with other trucks behind me and I couldn’t just drive straight out I had to make a immediate right to get onto the exit driveway and I was afraid the rear of the truck was going to hit the other. Not a fun way to start the day

Even though the U-Haul site was not working the employee who helped me was calm and helpful, explained all my questions thoroughly. Drop off was also a breeze. Everyone will have issues outside of their control, but how they handle those issues means more. Way more.
