I see no need for improvement. The entire experience was a positive one. Thank you.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkU-Haul charging for mileage and also expecting you to pay for fuel is ridiculous. It’s also weird to walk into a pottery store to rent a U-Haul.
Sue BI showed up a bit early thinking I was able to do the mobile check in. Luckily there was the owner or manager of the place and he was very accommodating and the check in process was quick and easy. I was much appreciated, especially since pick up location was changed and it was a drive to get to the u-haul.
April LThe owner and the person who helped me check out were excellent to deal with. The mobile app and people on the phone from U-Haul were not at all helpful, and just complicated what was advertised as an easy process. So much unnecessary stress. Never again.
katrina bSuper friendly staff! They were all so pleasant and the experience could not have been any better! I’ll always come back here and recommend to everyone I know to come here. Ellie was great! Thank you so much again!!
