I parked the box truck in my home driveway 2 miles from the location and used it for storage as i cleaned my garage. After 3 days I drove the 2 miles back to the location. As I went downhill I felt a bump and the back wheel came off and passed me going down the hill. I was able to park and have the truck towed . When I informed the owner he immediately suggested my neighbors must have loosened the oversized lug nuts. He didn't even consider that the last servicing might be at fault. I was of course stiffed for the $300.00 tow bill. Stay away, far far away!!!!!!!!
JIM BInsisted I return 14 hours before my rental agreement, stated cannot drop after hours although it was what was ordered and agreed upon. Didn’t sent final invoice and charged more than my initial invoice.
Emalie CThe app/web portal experience does tell me what vehicles my local pickup/dropoff location has. first you choose a location, then you choose a vehicle, then if that location doesn't have that vehicle they change your location. Let me see what vehicles live at that location, their usual inventory.
