Nothing to recommend. This move was successful because of the excellent and supportive service from U Haul manager and the driver. I’m exhausted but much relieved. Thank you to everyone involved including the Ellensburg staff who helped me also.

DREW PThe person who rented me the Uhaul, after I called with concern about the tow/haul light on the dashboard, said not to worry about it, but I noticed the motor struggled a bit. Then I found out how to turn off the tow/haul option and it ran much better. Luckily I figured it out quickly. My advice would be to let this worker know what this option/function is and does to the vehicle as it could save your fleet a lot of damage
