As usual with my U-Haul experiences the issues I have are not with the location staff rather the reservation system and the inability to get the reservations right even when I call in to make them.

Although U-Haul as a company has failed to provide quality service, this location itself has no blame in that. The staff was friendly, vehicles were well kept and they did everything they could to make me happy. All of my issues are related to U-Hauls. Terrible inability to actually schedule properly and mischarge.
