The location was ok, but the actual rental experience was horrible. Friday b/f pickup I went to the location shown online Hwy 182 East- they haven't had trucks there in years. Next morning I picked up the truck and I'm told there's no furniture pads & no dolly for the fridge. Not having the pads meant we couldn't move as many items in 1 load, some furniture did get scratched; we made 2 trips to get the largest items moved (an add'l trip not expected). Luckily, my friend had a heavy duty dolly, which did help, but not as stable as the one I thought we'd have. Earlier that week I did call to check to make sure things were on track for the upcoming weekend; that would have been a great time to mention the pads & blankets. The experience just made for a longer moving day and it seems like U Haul's system could flagged the pads & blankets & I could have been notified well before the move weekend.

TIFFANY CI think whatever time a person picks up a rental they should be able to return it at the same time the next day. Other than that everything else was fine.
DORLICE BI was over charged for mileage .I only went aprox 20 miles but was charge for 50 miles.I was told the gas tank was on full and it wasn't however I returned the van rental with a full tank of gas. I was told a manager /supervision would contact me to discuss but no one has contacted me.
