RAYMOND WHave the equipment at the same location instead of having one at the overload lot. Make sure brake lights are working on the tow dolly.
Irwin OThe first trailer I got was not secured correctly by the person who put it in there. When we went over a bump, the trailer came off and rear ended our car with damages to it. Upon inspection we noticed that the part that goes on the hitch and locks it was really rusted and could not be secured at all. Equipment like that should have been checked and maintained before handing over to the customer. Now we have damage in our car and all we got was a sorry from them.
Nisha AWell...I love Morelands sooooo much, but I brought that truck back an hour early. Due to that fact, I felt like I deserved a bit more of my money back. But....you can't have your cake and eat it too I guess.🥰❤️
