It was very busy. The customer representative was holding it down but he could have used someone to assist outside. The same person had to go outside to review the products being returned and assist the customers waiting inside.

JAMES CThe truck was great. Unfortunately, 20 out of the 24 blankets we rented were soaking wet... Not something you could use on furniture. Called the store and was told there was nothing they could do. We could only use 4 of the blankets rented.
