I did not think I went 24 miles but I got charged for 25 miles, even though the truck said I went 23 miles, then a couple days later I got charged for $5 and some changed and did not know what it was for. The floors of the truck was dirty in the front and in the back but I cleaned it anyway.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service. Trailer was clean and ready to go.
JD DService was great! Thank you so much!
Tammy Bmy only problem was trying to check it back in after the store closed. My phone just did not want to cooperate
Evelyn HEquipment was well maintained, not the cleanest. You can tell the crew either didn't check the uhaul between customers, or they just didn't clean between customers. To improve for the next customer, clean up trash left by previous customer and wipe down/ sanitize seats and other things frequently touched by customers.
