Charged me incorrectly for my truck rental and added the wrong miles. Picked up physically and received information from employee bc the mobile could not receive id - will not pay

Eric CI remember a time when you rented and vehicle and the fuel tank was FULL. When you returned it… the tank was made full. Today, you get a vehicle with a quarter tank and are told to return it the same way. Ridiculous!! Way too hard to gage the correct level without giving away free fuel! Wake up U-Haul!!!
DARYL Pwe were charged extra and should not have been. I plan to dispute the additional charges above the quoted and agreed upon amount. Due to how we were treated, we will most likely not rent or purchase from U-Haul again.
