Absolutely no help at all at pick up or drop off. I am disabled and barely was able to manage the rental on my own. A little help and customer service would have been appreciated.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad a 10:30 pick up time and sat waiting for over 20 minutes before someone finally helped. Employees were unhelpful. An appliance dolly was part of the order. A dolly was not provided and employees refused to help secure a dolly. Employees gave no help with finding or hitching the trailer. Trailer was sitting in several mounds of fire ants hidden by tall grass. Inside of trailer was dirty.
