I have nothing but good things to say about the pickup facility.
ROBERT WThey were unhelpful and even though they had no one in line, they wanted me to return the rental on my phone.
EMORIE VMy reserved truck was given to someone else. They did settle that up eventually. And then upon return they have a scan at the front door for the customer to do everything. However the truck is 100 yards in a unmowed field from the sign, so you have to go back out to the truck twice as the check in app walks you through everything. While the 5 employees sit at a desk and act like this is normal. Since when is the customer supposed to do all the work while the employee sits in a chair. This is insane.
SHAWN OThe truck battery died more then once which caused us to be late bringing the truck back and also the windshield wipper fell of three times while it was pouring down rain. Also the drip off location was incorrect which caused another inconvenience! Then to find out that we were charged another $40.00!! I am not happy snd think that 40.00 should be refunded. Also we were not told anything about mileage charges.
