The guy was friendly in the beginning with helping me unhitch the town trolly. Though when I came back the next day to turn in the truck, I asked if he could start the return process so that I can get a receipt. He said no, he'd do it later. I called the store in Raleigh where I picked up the items and the associate there instructed me to go back into this location and get the keys and do the return myself via the Uhaul app. The guy at this location sat at his desk, with no other customers waiting, while I went outside and did the return myself via the app.

The trailer traveled perfect
MIchael WThis place needs extra help to maintain the counter because the waiting was ridiculous. But once it was done it was good .and the turn site was not working had to call to return the vehicle.
