The was not at all nice after explaining that the card was declined. But later told me if it was a prepaid card it was charge as cash which I didn’t know. But it wasn’t a prepaid card though so ended up having to use my business card.

Danny SI originally booked with this location. I was then contacted and told that the truck I requested was not available. I was instructed to go to a location in Statesville and that they would have the 10 ft truck I requested. Upon arriving in Statesville the truck was not there, the code for the lockbox was not provided. I called customer service. The explained that no location close to Me had a 10 ft truck. The offered me a 15ft truck at the same price. Of which was at the original location I had booked with. When I showed up to get the 15 ft truck the attendant told me that he could not rent the truck to me the previous day because the Air conditioner did not work. But if “corporate” could rent it to me I should take it. The hand truck and furniture dolly were not provided that I had rented as well and I was allotted 145 miles for a 150 mile trip, each additional mile would cost me a dollar each. Three hours late for my departure time I had to take the 15 ft truck, in 92 degree weather, without air conditioning. No offer of a discounted price, no accommodation for the run around.
