Michelle HHad a time to pick up the trailer. Had to wait over an hour to fill out the paperwork. Yes they were shorthanded and the gentleman had to do the register to check out people in the store before he could help me. He was very nice but overworked
COREY LTHe night before pickup, the pickup site was changed to this location which was over 30 minutes away from my home via freeway! There are at least 4 Uhaul locations closer top my home, including the one that I originally chose. The drop off location was also changed from my selection, and changed again while in transit. The pickup site was a convenience store/gas station and was manned by a single person who also had to man the busy store counter, so p/u was very choppy.
