Mary ZU-Haul asked me to return here rather than where I chose. It was over 20 miles farther from my house. I was then charged for the mileage to drop it where U-Haul asked me to drop it. The guy behind the counter is a total asshole! He was very rude to me and snapped at me about why I was bringing the truck to him. He stated that I was not scheduled to bring it to him. He told me to drop the keys in the key box and they would get with me in 3 or 4 days. I showed him the message from U-Haul asking me to return to him. He just said “Fuck” and walked off. I will never go back there or recommend them for anything.
WALTER MMy original pick up location the keys were not there. I had to call and that took forever to receive a resolution. So I had to drive sixteen minutes to a new location. When I got there, I had trouble trying to pick up the vehicle because the app wasn't recognizing that i was at the location. Which made me have to delay even longer. And the same thing happened while i was trying to drop it off. This is by far the worst experience ever with uhaul. I should have went with penske
