was in a pinch to pick up located car in NC from Ohio, first 2 pick up locations didn't work, U-Haul called me like they said they would, found me an auto transport trailer and guaranteed. I was still skeptical, but headlights restoration wiz pulled thru, respectful and easy transaction. I would use again.

The hours said they were open and the door was locked. I was there at 2:00PM and they had a sign that said "be back at 1:00PM."
