How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis UHaul location was most welcoming and helpful to unload the auto transport. Next day, I returned the truck and UHaul personnel were really congenial and efficient in doing paperwork for the return. I would recommend this location and want UHaul to know that this location is an asset in Statesville NC.
Joyce CThe owner of the facility is awesome. So professional and thorough. Very kind gentleman and extremely helpful, goes above and beyond.
Shane DI wanted to reafh out and thank you for the exceptional service. You truly went above and beyond the requirements for a business owner. The truck parking area made things very simple, and the U-Haul I rented for the trip provided a smooth ride. Having a great stereo was an unexpected but wonderful bonus. Thank you again for a great experience
Angelina DThey were not open by my drop off time. I used the app. The parking lot was easy in and easy out.
