Very confusing drop off location with only one visible sign for location. A truck parked in front of sign and drop box made it difficult to find the drop box. Mine was the 3rd of 2 trucks already there. One truck had the keys in it because I assume they couldn’t find the drop box either. Not a great looking part of town for a parked truck full of gas with keys in the ignition.

Kelly from this location was excellent. I had no issues with the rental, but I have had to call 3 times after my rental to get the statement to the correct amount that Kelly verified for customer service. I was overcharged. The first representative that I spoke to said the correct amount would be charged in a few days. A few days later, the incorrect amount was sent to collections. I called and the second representative also said it was fixed, took it out of collections and said it should charge the correct amount. Then, they charged too much from my account. I call a third time and they said they added a late fee, even though I spoke with a representative the day after my rental about the problem. The second representative fixed the amount, and then 4 days later they overcharged and I had to call a third time. The third representative said they added a late fee, even though they were late and not me. They did refund the overcharge and the late fee once I explained the situation, but calling them 3 times to fix an error is not what I wanted to do during a big move.

Ebony Bwas in a pinch to pick up located car in NC from Ohio, first 2 pick up locations didn't work, U-Haul called me like they said they would, found me an auto transport trailer and guaranteed. I was still skeptical, but headlights restoration wiz pulled thru, respectful and easy transaction. I would use again.
