U-Haul asked me to return here rather than where I chose. It was over 20 miles farther from my house. I was then charged for the mileage to drop it where U-Haul asked me to drop it. The guy behind the counter is a total asshole! He was very rude to me and snapped at me about why I was bringing the truck to him. He stated that I was not scheduled to bring it to him. He told me to drop the keys in the key box and they would get with me in 3 or 4 days. I showed him the message from U-Haul asking me to return to him. He just said “Fuck” and walked off. I will never go back there or recommend them for anything.

My original pick up location the keys were not there. I had to call and that took forever to receive a resolution. So I had to drive sixteen minutes to a new location. When I got there, I had trouble trying to pick up the vehicle because the app wasn't recognizing that i was at the location. Which made me have to delay even longer. And the same thing happened while i was trying to drop it off. This is by far the worst experience ever with uhaul. I should have went with penske
Katrina RI got about 1 mile down the road and onto the interstate realizing something was bad wrong when I couldn’t get up speed because the trailer was bouncing up off the ground. I had to call roadside service immediately. The trailer hadn’t been checked. Roadside had to put two new tires on because one tire was about to blow at anytime (broken belts inside) and the other had a nail in it. What should have on took 20 minutes to get home with took 2 1/2 hours because of the business didn’t properly make sure everything was okay with it before rental. Now the young lady Bonnie was super nice and hooked the trailer up made sure lights worked etc…. That issue wasn’t on her she’s just a worker there at the convenience store where they rent them out. That is solely on the owner of the business!
DENA BThe was not at all nice after explaining that the card was declined. But later told me if it was a prepaid card it was charge as cash which I didn’t know. But it wasn’t a prepaid card though so ended up having to use my business card.
