I would like to say we just had an old truck but everything was scratched dented or hanging off (seat covers and drivers visor). It got the job done for what we needed but it’s not in the best condition.

Kyle YThis was located at someone’s house. This is not an appropriate location for a u-haul business. Did not my have the two dollies that we asked for. Failed to put insurance on contract as requested.
Joshua GI arrived after hours. The place was dimly lit and the surroundings were creepy. Signage pointing to the key drop box was non-existent. Very unprofessional-looking.
