Ordered a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer was told 12 hours before pickup one was not available. When I picked up a smaller size the next it took over an hour to check out, the trailer was in poor condition and did not pull well. It wandered all over the road. If I was told a 6 x 12 was not available I would have got one somewhere else. U-Haul did not honor their reservation. Poor communication if I was told sooner I would have gotten one somewhere else
