The parking lot was in terrible condition (muddy, gravel, weedy) and since it had rained, we were walking around in the mud to take pictures of the vehicle.
William BI did drop off after hours, so I have limited insight into the location. There was adaquate space to easily drop the car hauler.
Chris KOrdered a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer was told 12 hours before pickup one was not available. When I picked up a smaller size the next it took over an hour to check out, the trailer was in poor condition and did not pull well. It wandered all over the road. If I was told a 6 x 12 was not available I would have got one somewhere else. U-Haul did not honor their reservation. Poor communication if I was told sooner I would have gotten one somewhere else
