The guy at the counter had no idea what to do with the rental. I was hesitant to leave the keys with the guy. Then I get a bill minutes later for "extra miles" which was infuriating!!

The location for pick up was great. The Uhaul was ok, just no ramp which was really hard to get stuff on the truck. I am a senior citizen so it was quite challenging getting the truck loaded. Thank you for your time, Bridget 🐾

ALLEN BThe back of the truck was dirty and the truck should be taken out of service. It has no power and can barely go up a hill. 100% has an exhaust leak. The person renting the units barely speaks a word of English. I was not expecting to have to pick up my uhaul from a headshop...
