I made the reservation on Thursday afternoon. I didn't receive a email of confirmation. Had to call Friday morning and found out that it had been sent to weongvemail. Then it was corrected. I get to location to pick up to find out my reservation was in wrong name. Had to call again to get it changed. Then I am informed that the wrong item was Reserved fir me. I was so frustrated. The gentleman at the place was so nice. But I felt like my rental should have been free. I used the 1- 800- number they are trying to go to fast that they don't listen and ask the correct questions. I am so frustrated with U haul .
