The lockbox they mention to me was wrong and the lockbox attached to truck was different waited over there more than an hour just to get the keys so that we can pick up the truck service really bad cost me money due to delay caused by them

jeff fWould have liked a rebate if the van was dropped off sooner than the allotted time. Just a suggestion since we are charged if 1 kilometre over the Google distance.
Sharlotte CFirst time renting from this location. Pick up location is 2 miles away from residential area so that already adds 4 miles to the mileage that is being charged but it is the only location so there is no choice. Picking up and dropping off is self serve. When asked for help, was just told to go online.
