Someone rented under my personal address, email, and phone number. I called in and talked to three different departments about your company giving my personal information to someone else and that I did not rent it. They said they couldn’t change the fraudulent contract because the trailer someone else rented was out and they were a good customer. So someone else got my personal information on their contract. Absolutely horrible company service

30 mile trip. Was told fuel gauge was at full. Was not at full. Guess it’s my fault for not having them recheck reading before leaving! Fuel gauge never moved on 30 mile trip! Was charged 17 dollars for fuel! From now on I use Enterprise!!!!!
