The code for the gate was not provided to return the equipment. When we finally figured it out, the same code did not work to exit. We tried to call the location number and no one answered. We were ready to call 911 as i was now trapped in the fenced area and finally had someone drive in who let me out. This is a safety issue.

Gina GThis is a terrible location to drop off a rental. The very small parking lot was mostly full of non-UHaul vehicles. There was one parking spot open we had to squeeze the truck into. Another gentleman was trying to drop off a truck and he had to park on the grass.
