Charged $25, cleaning fee for no reason... truck was clean when brought back.
kevin tTrailer was not hooked up properly by employee which resulted in it coming unhooked while we were unloading the trailer and it scratched our car bumper.
Kristen LThe condition of truck was very poor. Back mirror of passenger was very loose. When my coworker closed the door of passenger side, smaller part of back view mirror dropped down and was damaged. For that small piece of mirror, uhual charged me $229.30 which is very unjustified. I request to review that deduction and it should be reduced to a justified price. Hopefully my request will be considered.
