I've rented U haul equipment 2x in the past 2 months and both times was deliberately overcharged by UHaul. Both times I VERY CLEARLY turned down their SafeTow insurance when I made my reservations. Nonetheless, noth times it was added to my bill and both rental locations said they couldn't fix it, that it is controlled by UHaul. SK Demolition was actually fine. Unfortunately, U-Haul itself is not. They consistently overcharge.

PERRY AThe truck had a message that an oil change is due. The U-Haul app needs to be improved. I tried for over 20 minutes to check out the truck when I picked it up because the app would not upload pictures. I tried over 6 times to take a picture and upload the back of the truck. I finally had to call customer service, wait on hold for 10 minutes, and woman said I could just leave. The customer service agent was very helpful.
