This location was extremely unhelpful. They also added a dolly and furniture pads to my order which I didn’t order which costs me more money. They then advised there was nothing they could do. This was the worst UHaul experience I’ve had. I do not recommend this location.

Jeremy FMake sure that the customer gets timely credit for the drop off. I got a text message telling me that my drop off was late when in fact I was about 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled time.
