Uhaul needss to improve the web services. The system was down nationwide for most of the day which interfered with pickup. Very frustrating for the business owner and customer

This location was extremely unhelpful. They also added a dolly and furniture pads to my order which I didn’t order which costs me more money. They then advised there was nothing they could do. This was the worst UHaul experience I’ve had. I do not recommend this location.
