this place was a dump. old beaten cars everywhere and felt like I was in a junkyard. there weren't signs for anything and I walked around the whole building looking for a key box before putting it through a slot on a random door that has zero information on it

The Afford Auto Service was very disorganized and they did not have the equipment available that I had reserved.

William AHard to get in and out of with a trailer. The trailer didn’t have a jack so It took 3 guys to attach it to my truck. I blew out a tire on the highway. The bright spot was how great the customer service was when it happened. I had a guy there within 20 min and on my way in 30 min.
Frederick LThe parking area was gravel with huge ruts and potholes to avoid. It was also very crowded with low-end cars that made it difficult to turn around and park. The gentleman working there was helpful and we appreciated getting the discount to return it there instead of in Reston, so would still recommend.
