I did notice that the green zip tie was broken during our use of the truck, and so even though we didn't use the dolly, we still got charged $7/day for the broken zip tie, and there was no way of indicating that when checking out after hours using the app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWent in without equipment reservation. Had several different trailers that met my needs. Jim had me signed up, hooked up and on my way in just a few minutes.
Wayne BWe did not drop off with personnel and instead dropped off via the app all went well for our rental
Celeste mCheck in didn't happen until the follow day after the trailer was dropped off. This caused multiple calls to Uhaul to work issue out.
Robert SGet rid of the fucking verification shit of an emergency contact, employer, lease, passport, etc! Do you realize that some people don't have nor have immediate access to this shit?!? They also may not want to give it up for privacy reasons!! You're asking for a fucking discrimination, privacy, etc, lawsuit!!!!
