Fix your app, it should not take 45 minutes to get the freaking rental. I had a hard time uploading images because I would take the picture and nothing would happen.. not happy

The dolly I ordered was not in the truck so I fortunately found one in another truck, since the location was closed all day. Since I was moving solo with a lot of boxes, the dolly was essential. Clearly, no one checked and confirmed the equipment ahead of my pick up.
