It was unexpected to have to find out last minute that the pick up was moved to a different location. One of the side boards for hooks was also missing and overall I wish uhaul trailers in general would have more hooks installed on the roof of the covered trailers to help keep things more secure during transit. It would make it a little more convenient and easier to lock things down

I picked the truck up and thought it was still wet from being cleaned. I found out that there was some oily substance all over the floor. Cup holders when wiped came out black. Passenger seat had residual drink spilled on side. While I cleaned it out I found a big piece of broken sharp glass on passenger side floor. Finally my key box pass code was DORK.

Kaitlyn FThe dolly I ordered was not in the truck so I fortunately found one in another truck, since the location was closed all day. Since I was moving solo with a lot of boxes, the dolly was essential. Clearly, no one checked and confirmed the equipment ahead of my pick up.
