I was overcharged at this location for nonsense add-ons that I specifically declined when making an online reservation. I emailed the manager with no response. I then called multiple times and finally spoke with someone who said that he is unable to do anything and would escalate the issue to someone else, who may or may not issue a refund. It has now been enough time and I have not been issued a refund.
