Charged us for ins.when we said no, 45 dollars over charged. Claimed we returned truck 2 gallons under when clearly see pictures we had put more gas in on return then it had on pick up 9.50 charged. On top of that , truck had low tire pressure on pickup and I had to add air a few times. Not normally not a big deal but snow storm later that night and low air made it to difficult to drive safely, so it sat and was full of are stuff so rest of things we moved with our truck and brothers van and driving was fine in those vehicles but couldn’t even make it out of driveway with U-Haul.( needs better tires) I want my 55.50 back in my account asap and I should get 1 day rental charge return.
