Terrible experience. My vehicle was damaged due to the negligence of the employee at this location. He put a completely different model of vehicle then what I actually was towing and due to that my vehicle was damaged and then my reservation was cancelled so I had to run back and forth to get my service rescheduled all while I’m losing money cus I paid to have people help me move. This experience only cost me money and stress. My vehicle was damaged I lost out on time and money on the last day I had to be out of my apartment. Such an unprofessional and unfortunate experience. Please contact me regarding a refund for my experience and the damage to my vehicle or I will be seeking legal counsel. O and also my uhaul smelled like shit. I had no idea until I started loading my stuff now all my furniture and clean cloths all smell like this. And now I have to spend more money to wash all my stuff again because it has this foul smell. I have contacted customer service regarding this matter and hope to hear back very soon.

The truck was extremely bumpy and the steering was very sloppy. The truck felt very unsafe and the suspension should really be checked out before loaning out to another customer.
Dennis RHave a sign that's says U-HAUL RENTALS somewhere on the property. We found the trucks behind the store building, but if didn't look I was beginning to think I got scammed. It's a gas station, but I didn't see "U-Haul" anywhere. Other than that, the experience was perfect. Thank you for your services.
STACEY HThe truck was not ready for pick-up. They still had to sweep out the back and clean the cab. In fact they only removed garbage from the cab and didn't actually clean it. They told me it also had a full tank of gas. It had less than an eighth of a tank with only 43 miles of gas. I called them and they said they would update the contract. They didn't update the contract so when I turned it in I was charged $137.50 for fuel.
