This was my third week in a row renting a truck from this particular location. Fast, efficient, and convenient. Zero issues. The whole ordering process using the app could not have been any easier and takes only a min or two to complete (both pickup and drop off). The gas station attendants are always super helpful as well.- that is, if you should need help or have any questions. And just fyi - its an offsite located directly in back of the Chevron gas station. So, for first time users it may seem a bit unusual/confusing not seeing the typical brick and mortar place. That's where you pickup and drop off your keys. I love it because it completely removes the middleman and allows you the freedom to do things on your terms/schedule. After using their services for the past 3 weeks, of course I'm going to highly recommend them. Uhaul rocks!!
