I obtained a reservation for an item to pick up at a specific time in Tracy California. I went to pick it up and it wasn't available and would not be available. I was never notified. I then had to drive to Stockton and it would not be available for a significant time. THIS lack of communication significantly delayed my trip. Terrible service- polite people

When I called location I rented the trailer from they had no idea of how to activate the insurance I purchased with the rental. I went google and someone directed me to the U-Haul app. From there it was simple. Great app
