My experience with the employees at this UHaul location was great! They were patient when I called regarding the process of using my phone to check-in to get the truck since I was scheduled to get it prior to them opening. The only issue I had was the upkeep of the vehicle. It had not been swept out in the back prior to me picking it up and was filthy. I had to sweep it since one of the stipulations is to make sure it is clean before returning it. I would suggest the employees do an overview of the vehicle when it is returned or before it is scheduled to be picked up so the customer receiving it gets a clean vehicle.
