The trailers are on grass on a curb. The trailers need maintenance. They dont lock easily chains are attached together with a caribbeaner which is unsafe. It is not easy to attach the trailer because of a wooden fence at the back. Its extremely icy as they dont salt that area. The staff are nice the couple times I have rented there though

Very nice employee that helped.
James HNo problem with the workers. The problem is with U-Haul who has a failed system and making us be delayed by 20 mins to pick up the rental. Plus there are no winter tires on the truck and literally could not get up the driveway. Just use Home Depot next time as they are more reliable.
