Problem isn't with the location, truck or staff. I reserved a truck at a location which was closest to me, where I was told the truck was, only to be called a day before and then told that the truck wasn't there and had the reservation moved to a further location from me. When you charge by the mile, feels like a money grab. When I picked up the truck I was told that they don't have the furniture or floor dolly. I'll assume that it's mentioned somewhere on the website that these items are available on a first come first serve basis, but who reads the small print? Kind of like pouring yourself a bowl of cereal, adding the milk and then realising you don't have a spoon to eat it. Due to timing and desperation, I had no choice but to rent the truck without both types of dollies, but I had I not been, I would have said duck the rental, I'll go somewhere else.

Rafiollah MI am very disappointed with this rental experience. The truck was not clean when I received it. The cabin was dirty, there was a large coffee spill on the dashboard, and the cargo area was not clean either. In addition, the staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and not helpful. Despite returning the truck in clean condition, I was charged a $100 cleaning fee. I do not believe this charge is justified, especially considering the truck was not clean when it was provided to me. I respectfully request a refund of the $100 cleaning fee. I would appreciate a review of this charge and a prompt response. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
