Yesterday I had a moving day and I rented a U‑Haul truck. When I went to unload my furniture and belongings into the truck, I noticed that the floor of the truck had been freshly painted and there was a strong smell of paint everywhere. Because of that, my couch and even my shoes got stained with paint . I took photos and videos of everything and went to the U‑Haul location where I was supposed to return the truck. I called the manager, showed him the situation, and he confirmed it. Considering that I have a child and a pet at home, this couch is no longer safe for me to use, and I cannot keep it. I’m also not satisfied with the service at all.
