Great equipment; everything worked well, no issues. I was late by 1 hour after my return time, and the system charged me for a full day, which is a bit frustrating, but not a big deal

John BThis location specifically is very good. Easy to access and staff are easy to work with. My terrible experience is with U-Haul corporate itself. I wasn’t given the correct pickup location to start my day, and then the truck I reserved also wasn’t available. Thankfully this Pioneer location had a truck available for me to use that day.
