I reserved the trailer via the App , with drivers licence pictures , a head of time and when picking up they said my details were not there so took pics of my drivers license again. Not sure why this was as I didnt go through this before. Booked for one day but the quote from the location after check in showed two. System needs to align properly. Be prepared to hook up the trailer yourself. It is a heavy trailer to pull out of the mud to align to the truck hitch. Luckily I had an idea how to do it. Parking the trailer on the other side of a curb means pulling it over a big hump to get it out of the muddy grass. There was no service to assist hooking up the trailer unlike the Newkirk location who hooks everything up for you. They need to improve service and park the trailers on the pavement not the muddy grass area behind a curb. Also the return function on the App did not download pictures effectively as I had to repeat taking photos several times without success. Finally gave up after half an hour! Had some bad luck at this location this time. Prefer the Newkirk location much better!

Customer service on the phone was excellent. This location was very poor. I had to hook the trailer up to my own truck and connect everything and test all the lights. All they did was take two pictures of how the connection is in the inside of the trailer every other location that I’ve rented from has installed the trailer onto the truck make sure everything was safe. I do not recommend this location.
Josh BStaffs at this location are extremely rude. There’s a guy named Allen who’s saying he’s the region manager called me regarding an issue and was yelling at me the whole time which is not acceptable.
Chenlong DI have declined all the coverage in my reservation. and clearly stated that I do not need any coverage at the location again. Then somehow the employee added it into my bill without letting me know. I didn't know that until i received the invoice which is after I left their location.
