I booked a cargo van and when I got there, they told me the cargo vans are blocked by snow and instead offered me a 10' truck. Although i appreciate them giving me a 10cents discount per km, I did not appreciate being given any notice ahead of my booking. I have no prior experience driving a truck, and that delayed my moving plans by a good hour due to driving super slow.

Chris PMy order was changed, I understand that happens sometimes due to availability but I was not made aware that instead of a normal rate of 49.95 it was turned in 441$ for the day. Then the customer service person on the phone helped me out but by doing so... I lost the previous fair lower price of 89 cent per km and back to 1.19 a km because the order was changed. The pickup location wasn't the original at the time of booking and to make things more difficult the drop off location was different then the pickup location for a day rate. Just a hassle
CHARLES DThe truck was in snow and very difficult to drive out. As I rented early in the morning, I had to use the self pickup with the app. Loading photos was very difficult, and after repeated tries, had to contact live support. No smooth nor seamless when using the app!
