I have rented from U-Haul four times this past summer, but the last two times were from the same location. The first time they said, they would give us a bigger truck for the same price as the smaller one and then in the end we were charged for the big one. A few days ago I rented again and there were issues with the trucks mileage/kilometer conversion. I was double charged for mileage in the end and I am not happy about that.

ROBERT MThe location has no place to take your pictures in order to get the rental process started. They do not speak english so when asking a question you are unable to get a direct answer. There were old food bowls under the seats and the truck seemed like it was nearing the end of it's life span. It had on a check engine light and the suspension and breaks were horrible. I have rented from U-haul and other truck companies in the past but this was by far the worst experience I have had. Your pricing as well is not stright forward on the weekends and i was over charged.
