some steps in the app for check-in/pick could be more intuitive (for first time users) and faster.

Jennifer BTook 30 minutes to check out via the app due to no cell service to upload photos. Then on returning, couldn’t upload photos again and got charged $20 after hours fee, Never received a final invoice from u-haul.
