I had requested an appliance hand truck, but only a standard hand truck was available. On pickup, the truck had a check engine light to check the tire monitoring system. While driving, the dashboard reported that pressure was low in the rear left tire. The app failed to proceed through all steps when returning. I had to call Uhaul and switch to the website return. I got done what I needed to do, but there were multiple issues that need to be addressed by Uhaul. I've had similar app issues at another site, so they are unlikely site-specific.
