The people at Aubuchon Hardware were SO helpful and patient. But the experience took about 15 minutes longer than it should have because of your software. Apparently, the U-Haul program on the computer kept having problems, to the extent that the clerk helping me had to telephone the U-Haul support to process my rental. All this time I was waiting. I'm a patient person, but since you asked me to fill out a survey, you're getting the unfiltered truth. If your software can't handle a walk-in rental, then you need to spend some $$ to fix that. Customers understand that it takes time to do a rental, but I hadn't planned on spending 25 minutes just to get in the truck.

I was early and the van was waiting for me. Easy to drive after I figured out that "Drive" was not the lowest gear on the control panel ("M" was). Great experience. Easy in and easy out.

Brian LI'm very upset because they charged me a 20 dollars fee for delivering the keys at the front desk, during normal hours, I could have left the keys in the locker but I didn't do it to report to the staff that the truck was making strange noises.
