I'm very upset because they charged me a 20 dollars fee for delivering the keys at the front desk, during normal hours, I could have left the keys in the locker but I didn't do it to report to the staff that the truck was making strange noises.

Very easy and convenient!
Brandy SLocation and staff were great. But the van was quite dirty - exterior and cab - and out of windshield wiper fluid, which we had to buy and fill up ourselves. You guys can do better. Otherwise, though, the van was good.
EDWARD CVery well managed store, assistant manager greeted me as soon as I walked in, very efficient and ease of use. Helped me bring some of the blankets and dolly to the truck… Highly recommend! A++
