Charging both a mileage rate and making the customer pay for fuel is double dipping. The mileage rate is to cover operating costs, which includes fuel. That is how it worked when I did government travel. You either got the mileage rate reimbursement or fuel cost not both.

SARI SI had requested an appliance hand truck, but only a standard hand truck was available. On pickup, the truck had a check engine light to check the tire monitoring system. While driving, the dashboard reported that pressure was low in the rear left tire. The app failed to proceed through all steps when returning. I had to call Uhaul and switch to the website return. I got done what I needed to do, but there were multiple issues that need to be addressed by Uhaul. I've had similar app issues at another site, so they are unlikely site-specific.
Hannuman BI would like to recommend this place whoever is necessary to get a bigger selection of vans and / or pickup trucks.
